We will list out all found items on our site paired with the dateline for claiming them. Our current practices for the found items according to their category are as follows:-

General Item

• Office of the Library Service Division will keep any found item for THREE MONTHS. Subsequently, we may proceed with a disposal process. We may perhaps auction unclaimed item and donates the revenue to UniSZA Endownment Fund. ​

Valuable Item (VS) : 

• Office of the Library Service Division will keep any found item for ONE YEAR. Afterwards, we may proceed with a disposal process. We may perhaps auction unclaimed item and donates the revenue to a Majlis Agama Islam dan Adat Melayu Terengganu (MAIDAM). 

 

Security Item (SS) : 

• Office of the Library Service Division will keep any found item for ONE WEEK. Next, we will forward it to an authorised body.
